Job Title: Application Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

The role of an Application Support Engineer is to provide exceptional technical support and expertise to ensure the smooth operation of applications.

  • Mandatory Skills:

  • Working knowledge of Windows and Unix operating systems is essential for this role.

  • At least 4 years of experience in IT security is a must.

  • Desirable Skills:
  • Mailbox monitoring and resolving customer issues is a valuable skill in this role.
  • Knowledge of secret server, cloud technologies, Ad Manager, or SailPoint is desirable but not required.
  • Working knowledge of Excel is essential for data analysis and reporting.
  • 5-8 years of relevant work experience is preferred.
