Job Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Engineer to join our team. As an expert in software development and troubleshooting, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our applications and resolving technical issues that may arise.

Your primary responsibility will be to act as a software detective, identifying and solving complex problems within multiple components of our business systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems and ensure that our applications meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of software development lifecycle and CI/CD processes, as well as experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Additionally, you should be proficient in cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and familiar with monitoring and logging tools like ELK stack or Prometheus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and solve complex problems within multiple components of our business systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems
  • Ensure that our applications meet the highest standards of performance and reliability

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in DevOps
  • Experience with Shell Scripting, GitHub, Ansible on Microsoft Azure
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and CI/CD processes
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like ELK stack or Prometheus

Additional Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps
  • 15 years full-time education required
