About this role

As a UX Research Intern, you will work closely with our product and design teams to uncover insights that shape the future of our platform.

The ideal candidate is driven by curiosity, has strong interest in user experience research and usability.

Responsibilities include conducting user interviews, heuristic evaluations, benchmarking competitor products, identifying themes and assisting with quantitative research and data analysis.

Key Activities:

  • Conduct in-depth user interviews to understand needs, pain points and behaviors.
  • Perform heuristic evaluation to spot usability issues and suggest improvements.
  • Benchmark competitor products to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Identify key themes and insights from qualitative research methods.
  • Assist with quantitative research and data analysis to uncover behavioral patterns.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should have strong communication, organization, and note-taking skills. You must also be comfortable working independently in a remote setup.

  • User research to inform design decisions.
  • Usability testing to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Competitor analysis to identify areas of improvement.
