Senior User Researcher Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior User Researcher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user research and a passion for creating exceptional experiences.

This role involves planning and conducting evaluative research to build deep user understanding and empathy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define and measure success, applying expertise and knowledge of research methodologies, human factors, and statistics to product and service design.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan and conduct research studies to gather user insights and feedback
  • Analyze and synthesize research data to inform product development and design decisions
  • Communicate research findings to stakeholders and contribute to the development of user-centered design principles and practices

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in user experience, design, research, business, or related fields
  • 4-19 years of experience conducting user research within a UX team for software/web-based products
  • Demonstrated knowledge of user-centered design principles and practices

Prior Experience in the Hospitality Industry and Enterprise Software is a Plus.
