Senior User Experience Designer

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX designer to work closely with product managers and developers on designing high-quality interfaces that elevate user experience.
- Design engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency in design through adherence to brand guidelines and style standards.
- Develop UI mockups, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using Figma and/or Adobe XD, applying design thinking principles to solve UX problems and improve product usability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into user-friendly designs, creating visual assets as needed.
- Conduct design reviews, gather feedback, and iterate based on user needs and business goals, researching design trends, user behavior, and competitor products to inspire new ideas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing intuitive and high-quality user interfaces that meet the needs of users and stakeholders.
- Creating visual assets, including icons, logos, and branding materials, while adhering to company style standards.
- Collaborating with product managers and engineers to ensure that designs meet business objectives and align with company vision.
- Researching and staying up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in user-centered design.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for user-centered design. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, along with proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or other design tools.
A portfolio showcasing your design skills and experience is mandatory. Additionally, you should have knowledge of design systems, accessibility guidelines, and human-computer interaction principles.
