UX/UI Designer

Our team is seeking a highly skilled UX/UI Designer to collaborate with us in shaping seamless user experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, be confident in building and maintaining design systems, and have a passion for creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into user-friendly designs.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
  • Develop and maintain scalable design systems to ensure visual and functional consistency across products.
  • Conduct design reviews and apply usability best practices at every stage.
  • Work independently in a remote environment, managing time effectively and delivering on deadlines.
  • Adapt designs based on user feedback, analytics, and evolving business needs.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer.
  • Proven expertise in Figma, including Auto Layout, components, prototyping, design systems, and collaboration.
  • Strong experience in design systems and component libraries.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles, user flows, and responsive design.
  • A portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work (concept to final UI).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with distributed teams.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience with usability testing and user research.
  • Familiarity with handoff tools and developer collaboration.

This is a contract basis position. The location is remote, and the duration can vary from 3 to 6 months, extendable. Compensation is competitive, based on experience and skill level. Reporting is directly to the Head of Design.
