Key Responsibilities
  • Apply strategic thinking and systems-level design to create user-centric experiences.
  • Balance user needs, clinical protocols, and business goals when designing for multiple platforms.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative research to understand doctor and patient workflows; synthesize insights into user journeys and personas.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, physicians, engineers, data scientists, and insurance specialists to validate hypotheses and ensure successful execution.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in product/interaction design with part of that in consumer or enterprise tech.
  • Deep understanding of user-centred design principles and systems thinking.
  • Strong curiosity about emerging technologies and their impact on healthcare.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
