Job Opportunity: Expert BMC Helix/Remedy Developer

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key role in our organization. This position requires hands-on expertise in customizing, integrating, and supporting BMC Helix solutions.

  • This involves developing and integrating BMC Helix/Remedy with other systems, configuring ITSM modules, and CMDB reconciliation jobs.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customization and Integration: Develop and integrate BMC Helix/Remedy solutions with enterprise systems and third-party applications.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Configuration Management: Configure Foundation Data, ITSM modules, and CMDB reconciliation jobs.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of customization, API integrations, and workflow automation in BMC Helix/Remedy.
  • Hands-on Experience: Hands-on experience in BMC Helix ITSM, CMDB, Digital Workplace Advanced, and iPaaS integrations.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with experience in troubleshooting and debugging BMC Helix issues.
