Senior Enterprise Software Specialist

A critical member of our technology team, the Enterprise Solutions Architect will design and deliver scalable enterprise-grade solutions within the Workday platform.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, design methodologies, and Workday's security framework and business process configuration.
- Design and implement secure, efficient, and scalable enterprise-level solutions within the Workday environment.
- Optimize financial systems and lead strategic enhancements across Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning.
- Ensure seamless integration with other enterprise technologies while aligning solutions to business objectives.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, aligning product strategy with organizational priorities, monitoring industry trends, maintaining expertise in Workday HCM and related modules, gathering and analyzing business requirements, designing end-to-end solution architectures, overseeing Workday integrations, providing expert-level support, defining technical requirements, guiding development teams, exploring emerging technologies, staying up to date on Workday product enhancements, and designing Workday-based solutions adhering to coding standards and governance best practices.
Requirements for this position include a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, minimum 9 years of IT experience with at least 4 years in a Workday architecture role, proven expertise in Workday HCM and related modules, in-depth knowledge of Workday's security framework and business process configuration, solid understanding of enterprise architecture principles and design methodologies, and Workday certifications.
