We are seeking a Senior Technology Operations Specialist to join our central Access management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in all aspects of Access Management, from software deployment to licence provisioning and rights management
  • Participate in security audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our compliance posture
  • Make improvements to the current processes with a focus on automation and develop a foundational IAM framework
  • Work closely with design and implementation engineers across teams and come up with appropriate solutions
  • Partner with application, technology, and security teams to provide technical expertise and drive solutions following best practices
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • At least 7 years of overall IT experience
  • Extensive experience in SharePoint Online administration, including permissions management, content governance, site collections, permissions, workflows, and content management
  • Proficiency in using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to create and manage business solutions
  • Expertise in managing Power Platform workflows that integrate across O365
  • Experience in enterprise directory architecture and design, including significant knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
