Integration Solutions Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Integration Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technology group, you will design, develop, test, and implement robust integration solutions on the Workato iPaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable integration workflows, adhering to high standards of quality, performance, and security.
  • Participate in technical analysis and execution of migrating existing interfaces from TIBCO/Java Microservices to Workato.
  • Contribute to team best practices by writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in integration workflows, from development through to production environments.
  • Collaborate with Technical Leads, architects, and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on enterprise integration.
  • Direct development experience with Workato for enterprise projects is highly desirable.
  • Proven, hands-on development experience in at least one significant migration project from a traditional middleware platform (like TIBCO, MuleSoft) to a modern iPaaS solution.
  • Experience contributing to the design and architecture of complex integration solutions.
  • A strong background in Java or Python is required, demonstrating a solid understanding of fundamental software engineering principles.
