Job Description:

We are seeking an analytical expert to join our team as a Product Insight Specialist.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze product requirements, identifying trends and opportunities in the life sciences industry.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights, informing product strategy and feature development.
  • Track and analyze product performance metrics, using tools like Power BI or Tableau to visualize results.
  • Support clinical and R&D initiatives by analyzing scientific datasets and real-world evidence.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a related field and 3-4 years of experience Or
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5-8 years of experience
  • Diploma and 7-9 years of experience

Must-Have Skills:

  • 3-6 years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or Data Analyst in the life sciences domain.
  • Strong understanding of drug development processes and clinical research.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile product development and PLM tools.
Soft Skills:

We seek candidates with excellent teamwork skills, high initiative, and strong self-motivation.
