Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Data Insights Specialist to drive business growth through data-driven decision making. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, and developing actionable insights to inform business strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • SQL Proficiency: Advanced skills in SQL, including query optimization, data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
  • Analytical Problem-Solving: Ability to identify inefficiencies, analyze data trends, and deliver actionable insights.
  • ETL Knowledge: Familiarity with SSIS packages and end-to-end data pipeline testing.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Skilled in ensuring data accuracy, performing system testing, and reconciling inconsistencies.
  • Excel Expertise: Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, charts, and formula-based data manipulation.
  • Communication: Capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams and translating technical findings for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement: Experience in addressing system inefficiencies and improving manual workarounds.
  • Reporting and MI Development: Proficient in developing management information systems and centralized reporting solutions.
  • Project Coordination: Adept at managing activities across multiple teams, mitigating risks, and tracking project progress.
  • Domain Expertise: Good understanding of the insurance domain, including regulatory requirements like IFRS17.
