Job Description

The Data Insights Specialist will be an integral part of a high-visibility team focused on Finance Operations. This role is seeking an exceptionally talented and deeply focused individual who can develop analytical solutions that empower large-scale business teams to operate efficiently.

The ideal candidate will navigate ambiguity to rapidly build their knowledge of complex financial processes and data sets, becoming a trusted analytics partner for stakeholders across the globe.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Data analysis and visualization using tools like Tableau and QuickSight.
  • Business partnership with leaders to identify and execute analytical opportunities.
  • Advanced financial analysis and process improvement.
  • Metric definition and governance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in tax, finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions) and data visualization tools.
  • 3+ years of business or financial analysis experience.
  • Experience defining requirements and using data to draw insights.
  • Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders.
  • Intermediate/Expert level SQL skills.
