Automation Developer

We are seeking a skilled Automation Developer with hands-on expertise in UiPath and/or Blue Prism to design, develop, and deploy automation solutions that streamline business processes.

The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end RPA lifecycle, be detail-oriented, and work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, build, and maintain RPA workflows using UiPath or Blue Prism.

- Develop reusable components and frameworks to enhance automation efficiency.

Analysis & Design:

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and identify automation opportunities.

- Translate process requirements into functional automation designs.

& Deployment:

- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and assist in UAT for automation processes.

- Deploy bots into production environments following best practices.

& Support:

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize running bots to ensure continuous performance.

- Resolve production issues and implement corrective actions.

Documentation & Best Practices:

- Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation for automation solutions.

- Update process design documents (PDDs) and solution design documents as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

- 2-5 years of hands-on RPA development experience using UiPath and/or Blue Prism.

- Strong understanding of RPA architecture, components, and lifecycle.

- Proficiency in automation design, debugging, and exception handling.

- Familiarity with .NET, C#, VB.NET, SQL, or Python is a plus.

- Knowledge of OCR, AI/ML integration, or workflow automation tools is advantageous.

Attributes:

- UiPath/Blue Prism Developer Certification.

- Experience working in agile or hybrid project environments.

- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, partially remote setup.
