Job Title: Automation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Specialist to join our team.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required. An advanced degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in software quality assurance, with proven expertise in QA lead or senior automation QA roles.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
  • Expertise in software testing methodologies, tools, and practices, including manual testing, automated testing, and performance testing.
  • Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools, such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
  • Hands-on experience with Robot Framework for test automation.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Robot Framework.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify areas for automation and implement solutions.
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and tools.
  • Analyze and report on test automation results.
  • Provide training and support to team members on test automation best practices.
