Candidate Support Intern(Job + PGDM Program)

Location: Remote

Compensation:

INR 21,000 (Gross)

Key Features:

About the Opportunity:

As a Candidate Support Intern, you will play a crucial role in managing candidate communications, verifying documentation, and ensuring that all candidate interactions are handled with professionalism and empathy.

Responsibilities:

  1. Address inquiries and resolve issues via email or chat
  2. Review candidate-provided documents for completeness and accuracy
  3. Educate candidates on the documentation process
  4. Document candidate interactions and feedback
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address candidate needs
  6. Create and maintain support documentation
  7. Assist Candidate Success Managers with tasks

Work Structure:

This is a fast-paced, full-time internship where you'll work six days a week, Monday-Saturday. There may be times when you'll need to work night shifts or Sundays, but overtime pay will be provided according to company policy.
