**Job Title:** Commercial Leasing Director

• We are seeking an experienced commercial leasing director to lead our team of leasing professionals and drive business growth through strategic planning and execution.

• The ideal candidate will develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maintain year-over-year growth, while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, developers, and internal stakeholders to identify new opportunities and close transactions.

• This role requires overseeing the implementation of policies related to work, health, and safety, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

• A key responsibility is leading the development of creative sales strategies and approving all communication being circulated by any medium for marketing the leasing activities.

• The successful candidate will conduct due diligence on market deals and share information with the team to inform decision-making, collaborating with research executives, managers, and level below to ensure effective transaction execution.

• Open communication with clients is essential to build confidence and address any issues that may arise.

• Key performance indicators include reviewing lead funnels and priority marking to optimize sales performance and meet targets, presenting monthly reports to respective heads/team director, and ensuring timely completion of trainings when required.

• Meeting team target & self-targets and minimum 30 HNI/Developer Meetings in a month is also crucial.
