We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Lease Manager. This position requires strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading global teams, with a focus on culture and community building. They will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, engaging with business leaders, and driving integration and standardization across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage local and global teams, focusing on people management and delivery excellence.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to build and support the Managed Services team in India.
  • Drive global integration and standardization, working with service offering leadership to adopt policies and procedures.
  • Ensure commonality of approach and work with regional and global leadership for resource management and development.
  • Contribute to strategic plans and objectives, delivering technology initiatives to support organizational growth.
  • Optimize solutions to improve performance, productivity, or reduce costs within or across departments.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years' experience in Lease Abstraction or related field, managing global teams or other relevant leadership experience.
  • Proven ability to manage abstraction projects, conduct regular meetings, and resolve issues.
  • Strong training and onboarding skills, with the ability to develop and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, planning, motivation, coaching, and cross-team collaboration skills.
  • Polished documentation and presentation skills, with a client-centric focus.
  • Collaborative problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
