Job Opportunity:

Asset Management Overview:

Our company specializes in acquiring, adding value, managing and selling commercial real estate properties with the goal of maximizing investor returns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and monitor property maintenance activities, capital expenditures, and improvement projects to enhance property value and tenant experience.
  • Manage third-party vendor payments and on-time mortgage payments.
  • Maintain and manage insurance coverage and manage insurance claims.
Primary Job Functions:
  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the commercial real estate portfolio.
  • Coordinate and monitor property maintenance activities.
  • Manage third-party vendor payments and on-time mortgage payments.
Reporting and Analysis:
  • Collect and populate data into a cash flow spreadsheet.
  • Review GL for income and expense entries that require reclassification.
  • Review and analyze leasing projection and activity.
Lease Administration:
  • Collaborate with leasing teams to ensure lease compliance, accurate documentation, and timely renewal negotiations.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with tenants.
Administrative Support:
  • General administrative duties that support company executives.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years professional experience in property management.
  • Advanced experience reading and interpreting leases and related documents.
  • Expert-level proficiency working with Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
