About the Role:

This dynamic position offers a chance to work with senior leadership and grow into a managerial position. As a Commercial Sales and Leasing Executive, you will support our expanding real estate operations by identifying, prospecting, and onboarding new clients, as well as coordinating lease agreements and sales discussions with property owners, tenants, and investors.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales and leasing strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Pursue and secure new business opportunities through effective relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of transactions
  • Analyze market trends, pricing, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions
  • Maintain strong relationships with developers, landlords, and clients to drive repeat business
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in commercial real estate sales/leasing
  • Strong understanding of local market trends and lease/sale processes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's preferred
