About the Role:

As a Business Solutions Professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by providing pre-sales support and developing innovative solutions for our global clients across various industries. You will leverage your deep understanding of business models and technical expertise to effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions and address client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales Support:

  • Partner with sales teams to understand client requirements and business challenges.
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis and translate client requirements into compelling solution proposals.
  • Deliver engaging solution demonstrations and presentations to both technical and business audiences.
  • Respond to RFPs and RFIs with high-quality, tailored responses.

Solution Development:

  • Design and architect innovative solutions that address specific client needs and align with their strategic objectives.
  • Build a compelling solution pitch for internal and external audiences with the right go-to-market strategy.

Market Expertise:

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the global market landscape, including latest technology trends and key regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our competitors and their offerings.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales, product management, consulting, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and effective go-to-market strategy.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Masters/MBA degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of overall experience with significant exposure to pre-sales, solutions consulting, or related roles within the IT services and products industry.
  • Good understanding of business models, technical expertise, and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Proven capability in consulting or program management for large-scale product engineering or digital transformation programs is desirable.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
