Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of Banking-as-a-Service solutions to enterprise clients. This involves capturing business, functional, and technical requirements through client discovery sessions, translating these needs into actionable delivery plans, and ensuring scalability, security, and regulatory alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client discovery sessions to capture business, functional, and technical requirements.
  • Translate client needs into actionable delivery plans, covering integrations, deployment models, and compliance requirements.
  • Oversee solution design and platform assessments to ensure scalability, security, and regulatory alignment.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver seamless implementations.
  • Support client integration, UAT, and go-live activities, providing guidance on best practices for infrastructure, automation, and security.
  • Manage project governance, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Document reusable patterns and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
