A Salesforce Functional Consultant plays a pivotal role in driving business growth by leveraging the power of Salesforce. They are responsible for managing complex projects, leading teams, and ensuring seamless integration of solutions that meet clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management & Leadership: Our ideal candidate will lead projects from inception to completion, maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction while delivering high-quality results.
  • Business Analysis & Solution Design: They will engage with customers to understand their business processes and requirements, performing a thorough fit-gap analysis and translating needs into clear functional design.
  • Client Engagement & Training: Our team member will communicate clearly with clients and internal team members, prepare training documentation, and lead training workshops.
  • Continuous Improvement & Best Practices: They will contribute to best practices and guidelines for architecting Salesforce solutions, staying up-to-date with the latest products and solutions.
Requirements
  • Experience: The ideal candidate should have 6-8 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience as a functional consultant.
  • Proven Experience: They should have proven experience in large-scale project implementations for enterprise clients.
  • Core Salesforce Expertise: Solid functional knowledge of core Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud is essential.
  • Salesforce Certification: Salesforce certification(s) are mandatory.
