About the Job

This is a technical leadership role that requires strong expertise in Salesforce development and architecture.

  • Job Title: Salesforce Technical Lead

Responsibilities include maintaining technical documentation, deployment plans, and risk mitigation strategies. The primary technical liaison between internal teams and external vendors will also be responsible for reviewing vendor deliverables, enforcing coding standards, and ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture.

The role involves architecting integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and native connectors to ensure platform scalability, data integrity, and performance optimization across all Salesforce clouds.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and architecture experience.
  • Proven expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and CG Cloud.
  • Strong command of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Flow Builder.
  • Experience with multi-vendor environments and cross-functional coordination.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Deployments.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
