Job Title: Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Consultant

 

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Salesforce FSC Consultant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing Financial Services Cloud solutions, with a minimum of 6 years of Salesforce expertise and proven experience in wealth management, banking, and financial services.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and configure FSC features to meet business needs and objectives.
  • Customize and extend FSC functionality using Apex, LWC, Flows, and Process Builder, ensuring seamless integration with core banking, CRM, and third-party applications via APIs and middleware.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into FSC solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory standards, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.
  • Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and issue resolution for FSC implementations, delivering exceptional service and value to our clients.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6 years of Salesforce experience, with at least 3 years specifically in Financial Services Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of FSC data model, action plans, referrals, client lifecycle, and relationship management, enabling effective solution design and implementation.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Flows, and automation tools, allowing for efficient customization and extension of FSC functionality.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs, Mulesoft, and other integration platforms, ensuring seamless connectivity between systems.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce security models, profiles, and sharing rules, ensuring data protection and access control.
  • Salesforce FSC Certification or equivalent is highly desirable, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and staying up-to-date with industry best practices.

 

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with Wealth Management, Insurance, or Banking domain processes, expanding your knowledge and skillset.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tools, such as Copado, Gearset, and Jenkins, facilitating efficient development and deployment processes.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery environments, promoting collaboration, flexibility, and adaptability.
