Job Title: AWS Data Architect - Cloud Solutions

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced AWS data architect to design, develop and implement large-scale cloud solutions using Amazon Web Services (AWS) technology stack.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create cutting-edge data architectures that drive business growth and innovation. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and secure data pipelines and systems on the AWS cloud platform.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement robust data architectures using AWS services such as S3, Redshift, RDS, and DynamoDB
  • Develop and maintain applications using Python and PySpark for data manipulation, transformation, and analysis
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions using AWS cloud services and Python/PySpark
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to deliver high-quality results
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years working experience in data architecture and engineering
  • Strong understanding of AWS services and their integration
  • Proficiency in PL/SQL, T-SQL for data querying, manipulation, and database interactions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Skills:

The following skills are highly desirable:

  • AWS Cloud experience with Apache Spark, Glue, Kafka, Kinesis, and Lambda in S3 Redshift, RDS, MongoDB/DynamoDB ecosystems
  • Databricks, Redshift experience is a major plus
  • Snowflake, Palantir Foundry experience
