Job Description

This role is responsible for delivering and onboarding scalable software solutions for customers, which includes technical discussions, solution design, and project management. The person will own the customer relationship end-to-end — ensuring timely implementation, driving time-to-value, and being accountable for customer satisfaction.

You'll solve complex, technical challenges so your customers can focus on their business—this includes architecting and designing efficient solutions for cloud storage needs of large enterprises, as well as using expertise to integrate software seamlessly into cloud infrastructure.
