We're seeking an experienced Project Leader to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of high-profile projects within our organization.

About the Role:

This is a challenging opportunity for a skilled professional to lead cross-functional teams in delivering complex projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing projects that involve multiple stakeholders, vendors, and technical complexities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and external partners to negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and ensure seamless project execution.
    • Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and issue logs.
    • Coordinate project progress, monitor milestones, and adjust plans as necessary to meet project objectives.
    • Facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and external parties to ensure transparency and alignment.
    • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  • Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on leading cross-functional teams and overseeing complex projects.
    • PMP certification or equivalent.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
