As a Junior Project Manager, you will play a key role in helping our teams deliver excellent work on time and with clarity. We are looking for someone who is eager to jump in, take ownership, and help us plan and manage the execution of multiple product and feature-level projects.

The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint-based work planning. They should have prior experience using Linear as a project management tool and great communication and collaboration skills - written and verbal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help plan and manage the execution of multiple product and feature-level projects
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and Clients to align on goals, timelines, and deliverables
  • Break down business objectives into sprints, tasks, and clear workflows
  • Facilitate and participate in daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and regular project syncs
  • Track and flag potential risks, blockers, or delays - and support mitigation efforts
  • Keep all task boards, documentation, and project artifacts up-to-date and accessible
  • Report on project progress, timelines, and deliverables to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of experience in a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or similar role
  • Solid grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint-based work planning
  • Prior experience using Linear as a project management tool
  • Great communication and collaboration skills - written and verbal
