We are seeking a seasoned Machine Learning Architect to lead our AI delivery team in a strategic technical leadership role.

  • Architect and lead the development of sophisticated machine learning solutions for our most complex and high-impact business challenges, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and business value.
  • Drive technical decision-making across multiple AI initiatives, providing expertise in selecting appropriate methodologies, frameworks, and approaches for different use cases.
  • Establish technical standards and best practices for the entire data science practice, including model development, evaluation criteria, and deployment strategies.
  • Serve as the principal technical advisor to senior leadership on AI capabilities, limitations, and strategic opportunities.
  • Lead proof-of-concept initiatives for emerging AI technologies and assess their potential impact on business objectives.
  • Design and implement novel machine learning approaches when standard solutions prove insufficient for complex business problems.
  • Provide technical oversight for critical AI projects, ensuring quality, scalability, and alignment with architectural standards.
  • Mentor and guide senior data scientists, helping them grow their technical expertise and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Collaborate with enterprise architecture teams to ensure AI solutions align with broader technical strategies and standards.
  • Lead technical reviews and provide architectural guidance for complex AI solutions across multiple teams.
  • Drive research initiatives to explore cutting-edge AI techniques and their practical applications in business contexts.
  • Develop frameworks and methodologies for evaluating and mitigating AI risks, including bias, fairness, and ethical considerations.
