**Job Title:** State Manager - Sales and Marketing


Our company is looking for a seasoned professional to lead our sales and marketing efforts in the MP / Chhattisgarh region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, creating and managing budgets, developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, leading a team of field force, and creating a network of dealers / distributors.
**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Achieve sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue growth
  • Lead a team of field force to ensure effective sales and marketing activities
  • Create and manage budgets to optimize resources
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including state agriculture officers and sales & marketing teams of other states

**Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing operations in MP state / Chhattisgarh
  • Demonstrated skill in creating and managing a dealer / distributor network
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets for at least 5 consecutive years
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Ability to work independently and possess troubleshooting skills
