Job Title: School Franchise Growth Manager

The role of the School Franchise Growth Manager is to oversee the expansion and development of schools. This involves identifying business opportunities, implementing marketing strategies, and presenting proposals to potential partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market trends and identify potential locations for new school franchises.
  • Develop and implement lead generation initiatives through marketing activities.
  • Present business proposals to potential partners.
  • Evaluate prospect profiles for suitability as a Business Partner.
  • Design and implement marketing strategies for franchise acquisition.
  • Oversee revenue and profitability targets, product development, and product launches in the region.
  • Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Business Partners and coordinate with them for smooth functioning of Franchise academic centers.
  • Build the brand image of the school in target markets and inspect centers.
  • Ensure academic processes and delivery meet company standards.
  • Monitor market intelligence within the industry regarding market trends.
  • Perform tier corrections and its procedures, including completion/enquiry/Market survey/Catchment analysis.
  • Adhere to all legal norms and procedures.
  • Maintain bi-weekly reports to track acquisitions.
  • Prepare regional collection reports and performance metrics.

Qualification & Requisite:

A Post Graduate in Management (Operations/Sales) or Graduate (BBA/BMS) with 5-7 years of experience in franchisee/sales/institutional sales is required. Understanding of geographic regions and willingness to travel are also essential.
