
Sales Director

The ideal candidate will lead our store sales team and drive the success of our Alappuzha location. They will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for luxury retail, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Responsibilities:
- Ensure seamless operations and high standards of visual merchandising, cleanliness, and organization.
- Build and manage relationships with HNI clients and deliver exceptional sales skills to close high-value jewelry sales.
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the boutique team, setting clear goals and objectives to drive sales and profitability.
- Develop and execute sales strategies and initiatives to increase revenue and achieve targets.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, motivating and inspiring the team to deliver outstanding customer service and exceed customer expectations.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and other key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff to enhance their skills and productivity.
To excel in this role, you will need the following qualifications and skills:
- Hold an MBA from a leading institution and a fashion graduate from a Tier 1 Indian college.
- Have at least 5 years of experience in luxury retail management or direct luxury sales preferably in Indian designer brands or real estate consultancy firms.
- Demonstrate exceptional ability to sell and engage with HNI clients at a personal level.
- Exhibit strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with HNI customers.
- Be results-oriented with a track record of driving sales and profitability in a high-pressure retail environment.
- Stay up-to-date on fashion trends, luxury brands, and the latest developments in the retail industry.
