Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a seasoned Research Executive to lead our research projects, ensuring timely updates to senior team members and acting as the primary client contact for logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive research activities, including designing high-quality screeners, questionnaires, and specifications, conducting pilot interviews, facilitating client meetings, leading brainstorming sessions, and maintaining meticulous attention to detail and timely completion of administrative tasks.
  • Establish strong client relationships and drive business growth through marketing activities, including arranging meetings, drafting client-focused proposals, and recognising potential business opportunities.
  • Provide effective coaching to colleagues, through on-the-job feedback, guide workload planning for effective project management, and lead teams to foster strong teamwork.

Requirements:

  • Strong academic qualifications in any field and/or professional certification.
  • 2-4 years' experience in research or professional services industry.
  • 2 years' experience in research-based project support role.
  • Prior experience in healthcare is essential.
  • Healthcare knowledge or experience is highly beneficial.
  • Able to produce near-final interview materials and presentation drafts.
  • Solid project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic coaching skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office - Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
