Lead Research Consultant

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead secondary research, insights, data collection, analysis on public health areas including Maternal and Child health, Immunization, FP, NTDs.
  • Manage databases and repositories, updating them regularly.
  • Have good knowledge of data management, analysis, and M&E activities.
  • Execute research and MLE activities, including quantitative surveys and qualitative impact stories.
  • Plan, write, edit, review monthly reports, presentations, dashboards, visualizations.
  • Develop strategic tools, frameworks for conducting primary, secondary research, data collection, M&E.
  • Effectively collect, evaluate, synthesize information from multiple sources, summarize it in word reports, presentations.
  • Track latest developments, trends, keep up-to-date with literature, identify relevant sources, present data, findings succinctly.
  • Exhibit flexibility in moving across development, preparation of multiple deliverables – dashboards, presentations, technical briefs, research papers, abstracts etc.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency of data included in documents.
  • Mentor, support reportees in executing deliverables, ensuring optimal utilization of team bandwidth.
  • Manage, lead key client accounts, engagement. Provide proactive solutioning on business problems.
