Job Title: Lead Technical Specialist

 

  • About the Role:
    • This position is responsible for leading a team of technical specialists to deliver high-quality projects.
    • The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles and be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
    • Key responsibilities include preparation, production, and submission of detailed designs and construction drawings, as well as maintenance of quality standards.
    • The role also involves coordination with various trades and interaction with design and FF&E teams.
    • A key aspect of this position is guiding and monitoring team members to ensure the translation of design intent into working details and monitoring productivity.
    • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture or civil engineering and experience with software such as Revit/BIM, CAD, Sketchup, and Microsoft Office.
    • Familiarity with typical details and SOBHA standards is essential, as is awareness of code and authorities' requirements related to project location.
  • Requirements:
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
    • Skills: Proficient in Revit/BIM, CAD, Sketchup, and Microsoft Office.
    • Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role.
