As an E-Governance Solutions Expert, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team by providing technical expertise and solutions during the pre-sales process.

This includes understanding client requirements, developing technical proposals, demonstrating solutions, and managing the overall bid process for government projects.

You will be responsible for preparing compelling and technically sound proposals for government tenders, including technical specifications, project timelines, and cost estimates.

Additionally, you will manage the entire bid process, including coordinating with internal teams (sales, technical, legal, etc.).

You will stay updated on the latest e-governance trends, technologies, and government policies to provide expert advice to clients and internal teams.

Furthermore, you will provide technical support and guidance to the sales team throughout the pre-sales process.

You will also contribute to the development of innovative IT solutions for government projects, working closely with technical teams.

Another key responsibility will be to provide accurate estimates for software development and implementation efforts.

You will create and maintain accurate technical documentation, including proposals, presentations, and project plans.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-governance technologies, including software solutions, IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.

E-governance knowledge is also essential, including in-depth knowledge of government procurement processes, bidding procedures, and relevant policies and regulations.

Experience in presales, bid management, or solution consulting roles, particularly in the public sector, is highly desirable.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology) is necessary.

Certifications in e-governance technologies, project management, or IT infrastructure are a plus.

Familiarity with specific e-governance platforms or solutions, as well as experience working with government agencies or public sector clients, is advantageous.
