Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Consultant to support our sales team by providing technical expertise and solutions during the pre-sales process. This includes understanding client requirements, developing technical proposals, demonstrating solutions, and managing the overall bid process for government projects.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-governance technologies, including software solutions, IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and cybersecurity. They will also have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing client needs, identifying technical challenges, and developing innovative solutions. They will also manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while working effectively in a team environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of e-governance technologies, including software solutions, IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
  • E-governance Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of government procurement processes, bidding procedures, and relevant policies and regulations.
  • Presales Experience: Proven experience in presales, bid management, or solution consulting roles, particularly in the public sector.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proposal Writing: Ability to write clear, concise, and compelling proposals that meet government requirements.
  • Client Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills and experience in building and maintaining relationships with clients.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze client needs, identify technical challenges, and develop innovative solutions.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
