Presales Consultant

This is a presales consultant role where you will be working closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise and solutions during the pre-sales process.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of e-governance technologies, including software solutions, IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.

You will also have in-depth knowledge of government procurement processes, bidding procedures, and relevant policies and regulations.

Your experience in presales, bid management, or solution consulting roles, particularly in the public sector, will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the sales team throughout the pre-sales process.
  • Develop technical proposals and demonstrate solutions to clients.
  • Manage the entire bid process, including coordinating with internal teams.
  • Stay updated on the latest e-governance trends, technologies, and government policies.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative IT solutions for government projects.
  • Provide accurate estimates for software development and implementation efforts.
  • Create and maintain accurate technical documentation.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of e-governance technologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of government procurement processes.
  • Proven experience in presales, bid management, or solution consulting roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience in building and maintaining relationships with clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology).
  • Relevant certifications in e-governance technologies, project management, or IT infrastructure.
