As a Senior Loan Operations Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact between borrowers and our Mortgage Loan Operation team.
The role involves effective communication with borrowers through verbal and written correspondence.
The successful candidate will have 4+ years of experience in mortgage services, with a strong understanding of mortgage concepts, practices, procedures, and Fannie Freddie guidelines.
You will be responsible for:
- Obtaining necessary information to process and complete mortgage loan files
- Ensuring that loans adhere to established time lines and workflow processes and procedures
- Closely monitoring individual processing pipelines, workloads, and volume levels for maximum balance and efficiency
- Providing expert guidance on processing questions, guideline interpretations, or advising on how best to handle situations and/or structure files
- Supporting processors with quality issues by offering training for improvement
The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent for US operations and a graduation degree for India operations, with a strong working knowledge of loan origination systems and basic MS Office skills.
