Sales Manager for Metal Recycling

Job Description

As a seasoned sales professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expansion in the metal recycling industry.

You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and delivering tailored solutions to meet the needs of scrap processors, recyclers, and steel plants.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies for the Indian market
  • Building relationships with scrap yards, recyclers, and steel mills
  • Driving lead generation, proposals, and contract negotiations
  • Tracking market trends and competitor activity
  • Achieving sales targets and growing market share
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 7-10 years of experience in capital equipment or heavy machinery sales
  • Knowledge of metal recycling, steel plants, or related industries
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • BE (Mechanical/Electrical) or equivalent degree
  • Will to travel extensively
