Sales Manager – Metal Shredders, Balers & Shears

Location: Bangalore

Industry: Recycling / Scrap Processing / Heavy Equipment

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth for our range of metal shredders, balers, and shears. The role involves developing new markets, building strong customer relationships, and delivering tailored solutions to scrap processors, recyclers, and steel plants.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for India market
  • Build relationships with scrap yards, recyclers & steel mills
  • Drive lead generation, proposals & contract negotiations
  • Track market trends and competitor activity
  • Achieve targets and grow market share

What we're looking for:

  • 7–10 years' experience in capital equipment / heavy machinery sales
  • Knowledge of metal recycling, steel plants, or related industries
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • BE,(Mechanicak/Electrical) or equivalent
  • Willingness to travel extensively
