NRI Relationship Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled NRI Relationship Manager to provide exceptional financial solutions to meet the needs of Non-Resident Indian (NRI) customers.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing liabilities size of relationships via balances in NRI customer accounts and enhancing customer profitability by capturing larger share of wallet.

The successful candidate will also be involved in reviewing inflows and outflows in mapped NRI accounts, tracking NRI visits to India, and maintaining close contact with existing customers through mailers and phone calls. They will share insights on fluctuations in interest rates, exchange rates, and various product offerings, generate new sales leads for NRI customers, and increase customer engagement through cross-selling investment and non-investment products.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Incremental Cumulative Daily Average Balance (CDAB)
    • New Acquisition of NRI Accounts
    • Non-Resident Term Deposits (TD) Budget
    • Total Investment Products Group (IPG) Points
    • Other Cross-Sell like Retail Loans Points
    • Remittances
    • Fee Income
    • CUSTOMER ACTIVATION - HOOKS (Use of Alternate Channels of Banking)
    • CUSTOMER FEEDBACK
    • Training on modules like Mutual Funds Advisory, NRI, Product and Positioning, Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC), etc.
