Instrumentation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Instrumentation Specialist to join our team. As an Instrumentation Specialist, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day Instrumentation activities in various units.

  • Responsibilities include timely closure of work orders, attending shift works with priority, and maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of equipment such as FCV, Flow meters, PRV, BPRV, ON / OFF Valves, Weighing Balances, Weight Indicators, DCS, Instruments trouble shooting, data loggers, Hygrometers, weighing balance, weighing scales and legal metrology compliances.
  • You will also be responsible for calibration schedule monitoring, preparation of qualification documents for new systems, document preparation, records maintenance, and logbook recording as per Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
  • Additionally, you will provide biometric access to authorized persons into restricted areas, verify Time synchronization in biometric access system & Digital clocks, interlocks verification in DCS, Testing of Hooter as per schedule, Battery replacement of wireless data loggers as per schedule, and comply with all statutory and EHS requirements.
  • You will also be responsible for supporting investigations for deviations, incidents, accident, near miss etc., work of senior in the absence of senior, spares management, Intimation of Instrumentation items stock level to superiors for procurement, support during Projects activities or modification activities in plants, PM activities of equipments, earth Pits, UPS, DCS systems.

  • Diploma in ECE / EIE Graduate in ECE/ EIE
