Technical Application Specialist
Provides technical and application services to customers, resolving problems in a timely and cost-effective manner. Supports product escalations and collaborates with various teams to deliver solutions.
Responsibilities include providing technical support for analytical instruments, performing installations, preventive maintenance, and repair. Leads projects and delivers customer education courses on-site and at central locations. Prompts troubleshoot method/technology transfers issues and responds promptly to related customer queries.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in technology/electronics communications/instrumentation or equivalent,
- Relevant 4-7 years of professional experience with advanced knowledge of analytical instruments like Waters HPLC with Empower software, LCMSMS, LCQTOF, LCMS, and exposure to biopharma applications.
