We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Representative to join our Network Governance Team in Bangalore, India. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your expertise in compliance and customer service to drive exceptional results and contribute to our mission of delivering unparalleled value to our customers.
Candidate Profile

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound compliance-related calls and emails with professionalism and expertise.
- Review requests for service and confirm customer eligibility in accordance with established criteria.
- Monitor credit reviews and research new accounts to ensure compliance with DAT and Federal Highway Administration regulations.
- Verify and validate broker and carrier authority, facilitating disagreements and collecting funds on behalf of carriers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in a phone queue or professional office environment, with a strong background in customer service and record-keeping.
- Direct experience in capturing and verifying details related to insurance or trucking broker and carrier authority is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a strong foundation in business principles and practices.
