We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Customer Support Specialist to handle international customer inquiries with efficiency and expertise.
This role requires an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, self-motivated, and possesses excellent communication skills in English.
- Key Responsibilities:
Handle International Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer emails, phone calls, and chat requests in a timely and professional manner.
Provide Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues related to our products or services.
Maintain Excellent Communication Skills: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management in a clear and concise manner.
Stay Up-to-Date with Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
Required Skills:
English Language Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
