About Role:

As a Principal Frontend Engineer, you will lead the design and implementation of scalable, modular, and performant frontend architecture using React + TypeScript. With deep expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks, strong knowledge of web performance optimization, and mastery of frontend architecture, you will drive best practices in UI development, troubleshoot complex frontend issues, ensure cross-browser and cross-platform reliability, and mentor engineering teams.

Responsibilities include leading the design and implementation of frontend architecture, driving UI/UX excellence and front-end performance optimization, setting and enforcing standards for maintainable code, utilizing tools like Cursor, Windsurf, and GitHub Copilot throughout the SDLC, contributing to CI/CD pipelines and release processes, ensuring code quality through code reviews, working closely with project managers, coordinating with cross-functional teams, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and monitoring and optimizing application performance.

Required skills include deep expertise in React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, strong understanding of modern frontend architecture, component design patterns, and state management, in-depth knowledge of APIs and REST architecture, proficiency in performance tuning, accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility, experience with testing frameworks, familiarity with backend languages like Go, Java, Python, and proficiency with modern AI tools.

Experience and qualifications include 10+ years of frontend development experience, proven track record of delivering high-quality web applications, and an engineering degree in computer science.
