Job Title: Project Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Project Director to lead end-to-end CMS-based web development projects. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in planning, execution, and client interaction, with a deep understanding of CMS platforms like Drupal, Sitecore, or AEM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage project teams to ensure timely delivery within defined SLAs.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to promote a culture of excellence and ownership.
  • Perform project planning, estimation, and risk management to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Review and validate milestone deliverables including wireframes, specifications, and designs.
  • Conduct feasibility analysis of project requirements and technical specifications to resolve challenges related to CMS integrations, dependencies, and timelines.

Requirements:

  • 10–14 years of experience in managing CMS and web development projects.
  • Expertise in project planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Strong analytical and technical documentation review skills.
  • Proven experience with Drupal, Sitecore, AEM, or similar CMS platforms.
  • Ability to lead client meetings and ensure clarity across project lifecycle.
  • Hands-on experience in SLA-driven delivery models.
  • Strong understanding of dependencies and technical challenges in CMS implementation.
